Silence
Can you remember a moment in your life in which you didn't hear anything; in which you just experienced the pure silence?
On our last day in Eilat I wanted to take a shot of the very last end of the red sea, where Egypt, Israel, Jordan and Saudi Arabia just meet. I was told that there is trail close to the hotel, which leads up to a very nice viewpoint over the bay. I packed my gear and went up the hill - for one hour. The view was fantastic and worth the walk, but what was even more amazing to me, was the complete silence; not even wind, birds or other animals - just silence. I can't remember to had any such event in my life before - complete silence (apart from my breath). After taking a couple of pictures, I really needed to take some more time there. Just sitting on the rocks and listening to the nothing felt so good ;)... If I had had a torch with me I would have stayed longer ...
