How many Germans can Switzerland bear
So look swiss people. This are three German dwarves, who just immigrated into your country ;-). Can you bear this?
This is my contribution to a current discussion about immegration here in Switzerland, which is about how many Germans Switzerland can bear.
For those who haven't heard about it yet, Switzerland faces a growing number of immigrations of Germans lately (23.700 in 2006). This heats
up the discussion about a German invasion as the very populist daily newspaper "Blick"
puts it in a week long article series at the end of February.
It was just ridiculous; reducing the Germans to be arrogant, bold and unpleasant self-confident and additionally the articles played with the
fear of the swiss people, that the Germans could take away jobs and make Switzerland a second Mallorca.
