first paragliding attempt
Last Weekend I had my first flight with a paraglider and it was great. I definitely will do that more often from now on. We did an intro course, which was about 3 hours in total. All this actually started as a birthday present for Matthes, where I decided to join in.

So on sunday morning at 9am we were standing on a small hill and getting a brief lecture about the paraglider and some short notes what to do. The first thing we should do was actually just to run down the hill with the open paraglider without to lift-off. But all of us three (Matthes, Tine and I) just couldn't wait and as we were running it just happened that we lift-off (2-3m), but we landed shortly after. We repeated this the next 2 hours, trying to fly as long as possible and to ur surprise it was very intuitive how to handle the paraglider, at least in the perfect conditions we had ;-) (hot, sunny, slightly windy). The only worst part was to climb up the hill over and over again. But it was worth every single step.
