“An Inconvenient Truth” and strange Ads

In Cannes Al Gore presented the documentary "An Inconvenient Truth", which is based on his political environmental campaigning against global warming. I haven't seen the movie yet, but found it interesting to see that it seems the right time to create more awareness about that matter in the US. I am really eager to see it now and hope that it maybe helps to create more attention on that really serious problem. This is why I post it here, also. But what makes me angry are advertisement clips like the one from the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), which try to argue that CO2 is not harmful and do not cause any global warming effect. They argue with a hilarious stupid slogan:
CO2: They call it pollution. We call it life.
But watch it yourself:

Update: It's incredible how the industry starts to fight the movie. On Fox News an Exxon lobbyist compares Gore’s film to Goebbels’ propaganda. Thats ridiculous.
